PropTech and FinTech startup Rentify has officially launched its Renewal Command Center, marking the arrival of the third specialized autonomous agent within its Earn AI platform. The system is designed to streamline administrative property management workflows, targeting repetitive operational tasks that traditionally rely on complex spreadsheets and manual reviews.
According to company figures, the Earn AI infrastructure currently processes assets exceeding 22 billion AED in total portfolio value, representing approximately 6 billion US dollars. This encompasses an estimated annual rental value of 1.3 billion AED across institutional and private real estate holdings.
The newly introduced software agent is capable of scanning unstructured lease agreements and legacy spreadsheet records in under 60 seconds. It automatically flags expiring agreements, extracts key terms, and prepares structured workflows for rent revisions and renewals, cutting down turnaround times for asset managers.
A central component of the Renewal Command Center is its integration with broader financial tooling. The workflow connects directly with Open Banking provider Spare to facilitate instant tenant credit assessments, while also integrating digital rent protection insurance directly into the renewal path to mitigate default risks for landlords.
The deployment underscores a broader shift within property technology away from generic conversational models toward task-specific autonomous engines. By combining automated document parsing, financial underwriting, and direct execution, such systems aim to handle end-to-end lease administration with minimal human intervention.
