Prabha Jha leveraged training from an executive education course to craft artificial intelligence tools in her corporate role. Specifically, she drew upon MIT Open Learning's specialized curriculum for senior leaders to produce concrete AI systems. Those technical solutions were developed directly for her employer, Verizon.
In addition to internal corporate deployments, Jha applied the lessons from the curriculum toward published work. She translated her background in the executive offering into writing a book. Her participation in the program ultimately informed both her workplace deliverables at Verizon and her authored project.
