At an event hosted by Microsoft in San Francisco on Wednesday, corporate leadership detailed plans to bring artificial intelligence agents directly onto personal computers. NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang appeared alongside Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella to discuss the technical roadmap. Together, the two executives outlined how their companies are co-engineering hardware and software to enable AI agents on Windows systems.
Reflecting on the historical relationship between the two technology firms, Huang remarked that NVIDIA was originally founded because of Windows. The joint collaboration marks a continued alignment between the two platforms as artificial intelligence workflows expand onto consumer and enterprise machines. As both leaders confirmed during the presentation, AI agents are now coming to Windows.
