Amazon Quick has introduced a capability named Live Data in Apps that connects software created by artificial intelligence directly to corporate data repositories. Under this functionality, AI-generated applications retrieve information from governed Quick Sight datasets dynamically as queries occur. This direct data retrieval model replaces the conventional practice of relying on static snapshots taken at build time.
Data governance is preserved during these live interactions by tying every request directly to the identity of the current user. Because each query executes as the individual who is viewing the interface, row-level and column-level security restrictions are applied per reader. In addition, the platform allows users to build, publish, and distribute these live-data tools using natural language prompts.
